Actress Judi Dench doesn’t want to appear in the famous movies with Bond, while the producer Barbara Broccoli refuses to let her go.Dench appeared for first time in a Bond movie in 1995, in “Goldeneye”, acting as the boss of James Bond, M. The character interpreted by the actress became a very important one for the evolution of 007, the character being one of the most loved by the audience.

Judi Dench said many times that she will not play anymore M’s role but everytime the producers made her change her mind. “She is our anchor. It is a very important character for the movie. It is the only person with authority in Bond’s life”, said the producer Barbara Broccoli.

Judi Dench plaid in six Bond movies, with actors as Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. “She had an excellent relationship with Pierce Brosnan in previous movies and she understands very well with Daniel Craig too. She is the real Bond girl that keeps things under control and I don’t want to let her go. I know she says she will not play, but I will not let her do that”, said Broccoli.

Filming for the long-popular movie “The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time” were interrupted after some scorpions were left free on filming stage. For avoiding a tragedy, the makers of the movie called a specialized team to capture the creatures which invaded the stage. Scorpions were sent accidentally from Morocco, after the shooting of movie moved from Africa to Europe.

Most of scorpions were captured by employees but they were warned to be watchful in case some of them remained.

“The Prince of Persia” is the movie of a popular video game and has in main role actors as Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton and Sir Ben Kingsley.

Stage director Clint Eastwood is under negotiations for signing the direction of the thriller “Hereafter”, for the DreamWorks company. Steven Spielberg the founder of the DreamWorks company, was very interested of this project and since it was on the table of Paramount Pictures. After buying it, Spielberg tried to convince Eastwood to direct the movie.

The movie will resign to the “The Sixth Sense” movie and the script is signed by Peter Morgan (“Frost/Nixon”).

Eastwood and Spielberg collaborated until this moment twice at “Flags of Our Fathers” and “Letters From Iwo Jima”. Both movies were produced by the Spielberg’s company.

Stage director Marc Forster, the creator of the most recent Bond movie, “Quantum of Solace”, has in mind a new project. We are talking about the thriller “World War Z”, a super production with zombies which eat people. The movie tells the story of a scientist which gets interviews from survivors from all countries, at 10 years from the war which destroyed world. The movie will have a narrator character which will talk about the world’s situation after the conflict that wiped all countries on the globe.

It isn’t certain if Marc Forster will direct the next movie from Bond series, so the director focused over this project: “This type of movie is fascinating me and when it was presented I immediately thought of the ’70 movies”, said Forster.

“World War Z” will be produced by the company of Brad Pitt, Plan B, and the script will be signed by J. Michael Straczynski (“Changeling”).

Famous actress Meryl Streep will have as partner a unique presence in the filming stage. We are talking about a cat. The movie “Dewey” is inspired from a real case and tells the story of a cat which had a positive impact over the inhabitants of Spencer and Iowa cities in United States.

Streep has the main role in the making of Vicki Myron’s book, “Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World”. She will be a functionary at city’s library which noticed the impact which cat had over the people once she became the mascot of the library. The kitty entered into the library in a cold night through a slot.

Pamela Gray will be the one which writes the script. The shootings are programmed to begin next year.

Meryl Streep, can be seen in “Doubt” drama, where she plays with Amy Adams and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Famous characters as Batman, Iron Man and adventurer Indiana Jones are competing this year for People’s Choice awards, awards which are granted after the public votes. The movie will be directed by Anad Tucker (“Shopgirl”), and the script will be adapted by Lucinda Coxon, after the novel with same name written by David Ebershoff.
